Is this post regarding Barclays true?

I recently came across a Linkedln post by an individual claiming that Barclays does not hire freshers through off-campus referrals and that the only way to get hired is through campus recruitment drives. According to this post, any job postings for freshers are only available on Barclays' official career portal.
I wanted to check with those who currently work at Barclays or have firsthand knowledge of their hiring process: Is this information accurate?
Does Barclays strictly hire freshers only through on-campus drives, or are there other legitimate avenues for fresh graduates to join the company?

Dont think this is true . In 2022 I cleared 3 rounds and Barclay as a fresher. Failed final round.And i was from a tier 3 college

Hi , Market is hard now . My advice will be to focus on DSA and leetcode , try to solve max amount of questions . As Barclays will prob give you 2 DSA based Leetcode questions in assessment which you have to solve with a provided time frame .
