Is This Normal… or Just Me?

Is it normal to not have even one truly dependable friend? I do have friends ,but none I can genuinely rely on when it really matters. I’m married, and honestly, I’m content. My wife is the one person I can count on in any situation, and that feels enough most days. I’ve always been sincere with the people in my life, but the effort hasn’t always come back the same way. I’m an introvert, and at 33+, making new friendships feels harder than ever.

So I wonder Is this normal? Or is it just me?
