Is this is good time to resign from TCS?

Currently market is down, and everyone wants immediate joiners. And in TCS we are having 90 days of notice period. Unable to understand if I need to resign from tcs or not. I wanted to explore the opportunity in DevOps. Please advice on the same.

Resigning now without an offer is risky, especially with a 90-day notice. Secure a DevOps role first, then consider resigning.
