Is there any startup where one works just 40 or 45 hrs?.. as for as i know.. delhi-ncr are the worst.. follwed with mumbai... if you dont have the freedom to stop working after the agreed number of hrs or if you are staying back just to fit in... every one is a slave...

I interviewed at Pristyn Care in 2021 after they had raised a large round. During my third round, the interviewing manager casually mentioned that it'll be 14/15hrs of work on a regular basis and this was the expectation from folks across levels in the org. Noped the fuck out of there as quickly as I could.
We basically want people who have no personal life and just want to work for us like slaves...... Fuck this guy and every cunt founder like this out there
