Better we all upskill & plan for exit. We cannot survive healthy in org with a lot of tension being allocated also. It will continue till this fin year.

Officially, it will be settled by the December or March Quarter (as their reputation got damaged badly due to the official layoffs announcement)

But unofficial (forced resignation) will continue so it would be a new normal in tcs.
