Is this bad luck or something else

I had 4 offers but somehow reason not yet confirmed. Yesdy I got selected for one more organsation but later client said we need immediate joiner. But employer saying we need you but client not agreeing on NP. What should I do?

I already put down the papers for one offer but they are also saying position is on hold. And same happened in last year as well later I have taken paper back.
