I've been watching this big big salaries like 150L, 200,300Ls with just 5-10 years of experience in even in India. Is that all true or it's just like linkedin job experience section ?

They are real, and outside of witch companies even other service based orgs pay 2.5-3 lkh monthly with 5+ yoe niche experience.
