Is this a sign?

I will complete 3 years in TCS in November this year, my salary has hardly increased by 2k per month over these years. I am 50-50 into operations and development. Sometimes in the development part I feel things difficult because of less experience and also my team sits in UK, everytime I have anything to ask, its difficult to liaise with their time. Also, only little help I get that too from 1 or 2 persons.

Is this a sign to leave this company? Or wait for on site opportunity to come which will solve both of my problems? Even that I am unsure about whether I will get that opportunity because they are sending people back!! :(
