Dude, tag doesn't matter at all. Just develop kick-ass skills and knowledge, and prepare for FAANG type interviews, and you can get in. I personally know many people who went from starting career in WITCH or no-name consulting companies and ultimately went into FAANG.
And FAANG companies are open-minded enough to give you an interview call, if you apply through a referral from an employee, no matter if you have WITCH or no-name company experience in the past. Can confirm from personal experience.
