Is this a good seed funded startup salary?
Hi all,
I'm a Product Manager at a Peak XV (formerly Sequioa) Surge funded startup. The company started in April and I joined in July, almost a quarter later.
I wanted to ask, if this is a good offer or there is a room for increasing the base, bonus or other components.
I was at APM level in my last company and was desperate to leave due to not being promoted and not so exciting work.
Net experience is 27 months. Did a 5 year course post taking a drop year after 12th. Folks my age are already sitting on 4 yoe or global mba admits 🫤
Esops amount to 0.1 percent of the company, vested in 4 years. I have just mentioned the yearly vested amount.

Did you do an integrated five year MBA course or 5 year integrated engineering course ? Anyways your pay seems good, and my mate comparison kills all the joy life isn't (2+2 = 4) more pay won't make you happy. You have a good package, in the future you will be rewarded and try to gain as much experience as you can

How do I get into product management? I'm pursuing an MBA from a tier 2 college in India but I aspire to get a salary like you have. What can I do. I understand this is not helpful to your cause, I hope someone helps you out!
