Is this a good offer?

I have 4 YOE. Tech Stack- Full Stack with major experience in Frontend(React.js + Next.js).

Current comp is 20 base + 1L yearly bonus. The current role is WFH. But the offer I have received requires me to relocate to Pune.

The company from which I have received an offer is a startup with <100 employees.

Considering the experience, relocation, living expense in Pune and other factors. Is the offer worth resigning? I'm happy with my work in the current org. The only reason I'm switching is compensation.

The catch is that I'm looking for remote/Pune jobs only. I can get 30+ in Bengaluru for sure. But I am looking for opportunities in Bengaluru.

You have a hike of 5 lakhs. Post tax you have 3.5 lakhs. I think you would spend about 3.6 per year in you are relocating ( rent + food). 30k per month.

Don't switch , maybe interview other companies that offer more.
