Is this a good enough offer to just enjoy my notice period?
Every time I switch, I go all in on getting as many competing offers as possible but this time, I just want to chill given the current market.
I have 5 years of experience and got SSE offer from Five9 offering 40L fixed + 6L RSUs.
Unless I get to interview with a fang company, I don’t see a significant jump from this by any other company given my experience and market condition although I could be wrong?
I have 30 days notice period and just want to slack off at work and do some traveling etc.
My current TC is more or less the same but got a significant base hike : 26L -> 40L

Hey out of the context question, how and which platform are you applying? Are refferels mandatory too? I am not getting any interview calls since 1 month . Any information would be helpful

Apply directly on the companies site, most of my callback are through this.
I barely get any response from LinkedIn easy apply. referral does help but depends on the company

It's decent but with FAANG companies you can easily go in the 60-90 range with 5YOE. But 26 to 40 is a bug jump anyway and faang companies interview loop itself takes minimum of 2 moths, so I'd chill and apply later

Always have one back up offer ready when switching
In case u don't like the work culture, u can switch to your backup
Backup need not be at 40-50% higher than what u are being offered
Same ctc should suffice

How many round of interviews? What all things are asked?

It's more of a philosophical question at this point "how much money is enough to be happy?" Nobody knows, there's no one common answer.
At 46lpa you are doing amazing. Enjoy your accomplishments and chill for some time.
