Is this a good business model?

So basically I ask my friends some amount of money minimum 30k, and promise them I will invest this money in stocks and mf for you, minimum 2 months lockin and whatever the profit we get 30%(including tax and brokerage) will be mine and if there is loss I will give them money back with 10 intrest after two months.
