Is there such policy for ultimatixan ?

Hi I am working in project in ultimatix.i joined tcs in jun 2023 so completing 1 year this june. I heard that is that true if I want to leave tcs we can't unless we have to complete 3 year in TCS? OR we can leave tcs . I joined as experience person.
