Trending @Cognizant; Is there something like Auto promotion?

I would like to know for how long they are going to defer my promotion? Is there something like auto promotion. I don't feel like going office and work because it help me save me money a lot. Specially being a PA I get 31k and it's really costly here in all metro cities. I belong to very poor family so saving is really essential for me .

So if not comply with RTO what is the worst could happen, am I being a PA for rest of my life, or they gonna fire me?

Yes, it works for me. even I have promoted as an auto promotion. By Fullfilling RTO and all necessary criteria and 30 months since joining. You Will be getting promoted soon.

@WorldlyBlackness24 Adjust for the 3 months to go to office then you will get eligible once you fulfill the RTO criteria you will get eligible and get promoted. Because I also had the same condition and now got promoted because of RTO only
