Is there going to be any salary hike for final anniversary appraisal?

I joined TCS in April 2023. Will I get any salary hike on final anniversary? If there is no hike then why is HR continuously asking to fill the appraisal form on SPEED portal?

FYA hike only for freshers.

For experienced, just the process and rating. No hike. You will see your first hike in 2025.

But I heard for Laterals you will get some penny like 7K additional in CTC as a part of financial year and actual appriasal will be in 2025
