Trending @Accenture; Is there anyway to get roll-off of a project?
My current project roll-off date is in June but my project is DU shows my roll-off in Jan 2026. How can I get a roll-off from current project? And switch my DU, as the DU I am in, has projects in completely different tech stack than mine. My current project is not good. Have to work overtime everyday and very little time given to learn a completely different techstack.
Even if you do also no on will be taken care so just stay escalate this to hr saying that your tech skill or aspirations are not aligning with current skill . Get roll off from project
I have given techleap school 1 already, currently preparing for techleap school 2 (agaij in different tech stack than the project), completed a cloud certificate and also a techgenics merit holder which was again not related to my project at all. I am confused to whom i should approach. And what if i will get rolled off or not
Then showcase this skill to HR
They can’t give pip until your performance is deliberately low and moreover convey them that you have good track record till now with zero flaws . Showcase your achievements like certifications and proficiencies if you have or awards from Accenture
Just do bare minimum. You should get a roll off, but might also end up with you on a pip, lol. Its a Russian roulette. Because asking them for roll pff apparently hardly ever works out
