Is there anyone trying to switch from tcs in 2024 because of the huge salary increment given by TCS this year.
We worked very hard late at night to deliver good work. But in January we get released. And all two members of my team including me get a C band. We are trying our best to promote our band. But no one is helping us. We also visited the office but nobody helped us.
Our IPF rating is more then 4.4

In curve fitting you guys were one of the least priority due to release.

Uper management asks us to give some other members names then we can reverse their band.
So we are paying the cost of our good work if we pull our work over band dates then this will not happen. So if you are working inside TCS just work like a lazy ass.
So, we decided to switch companie.

Are you guys getting good offers outside tcs? I have been trying but not receiving calls .. spoke to few friends and they said market is not so good at the moment and stay where we are for another year 😓
@DesiGuru same thing was happening with me, I was also not getting calls due to 90days notice period but then I resigned last month after such a good hike of 2% from tcs and after resigning I start to get calls for interviews and now give 5 to 7 interviews till now of different companies. But I'll not suggest you to resign without any offers even though I did this myself, but I calculated all pros and cons and then took this decision. But never suggest this to anyone as it is very risky only one is confident than only they should go for this if not than first prepare wait for right time and than go for it.

Well written- there are many resignations in the row. Last year attrition 12.5% and this year it will be 45% plus.
TCS as a company is very good but the management has become super toxic and now there is no other choices left for a hard working associate. Only Boot lickers will stay back in such a toxic environment because they can not switch due to lack of in trend skills and required level of qualities. And trust me the company will treat this at a later stage but by that time it will be too late. The survivals will be the same old only boot licker management……

Congratulations man. It is good that you already have offer letter in hand. So better to move out of this as here always be same reasons for increments and anyhow good hike is also not worth to continue here.i am also trying to move out just waiting for opportunities and I would love to see resignation flow in TCS which will show true condition in here. Hope to get opportunities soon to get away from this place.
