Is there anyone got C band and received email for decrease in ctc, ie, removing qva component from ctc?

For D band only, component will be removed. First time hearing for c band this will happen .

They have gone mad. They are down grading there Image. It's going to be costlier to them .

Even I am shocked. One of my colleague received this email. He is having C band. Don't know at what level tcs can go to reduce the workforce.
