Is there any way to get joining bonus in capgemini

Hi, i got an offer with capgemini for 13lpa. My lwd with cts was 27november. It has been one week since my last working day. My official joining date in capgemini is 23jan.

Im expecting joining bonus since im joing before a month. But hr says joining bonus is not possible. Does capgemini gives joining bonus? Or I have to join early without wasting time. Also Im not having any counter offers to negotiate. What can I do for best possible outcome.
