Is there any way to get hike without upgradeing grade C2 to C3A?

For now within TCS is there any option?

Retention is only option for that you need to put resignation, again it depends on your manager , he/she need to fight for you

I am not sure about this because the current hike itself kept on hold will they consider this type of request at this point of time?

Current hike meam annual appraisal that is on hold for everyone .it wonf happen instantly it ll take quater im telling this is one way.Manager /GL can recommend corporate to restruture someone salary.few of my friends got hike this way
