I don't think so. It's deeply rooted in Indias system. From top govt employee to lowest one.

Unless people will have some sense and start protesting like Nepal genz. Than also I think it will not happen as our police and army will not let the protests happen

We might be slowly moving into a dictatorship. The freedom of speech is already dead

Most of the things aren't digital. That's why corruption happens. If we move towards complete digital than it's possible.

Removing security from government jobs. From my pov the entire root of this is that fact that government employees have no fear that they can lose their jobs, so they have no pressure to work and prove their worth. Which is why they can keep pushing back the tasks from people who didn't pay bribe.
Once these people understand that they can lose their jobs on negligence or corruption...see how the system will improve. On the plus size people will also stop wasting years of their time to pass government exams.
Same goes for law enforcement. There should be bodycams on their bodies at all time. Bodycam not active or not working means no duty.....even for the office workers in police.
Obviously what I'm saying is a tall tale. This is India. Hell would freeze over before this can happen.....but it's nice to imagine.

Plus side* instead of size
Yess. It is simple. Grab the liable
Let's say there is a bad road constructed
Find who build the road .
Who verified the road
What was the promise made
Who signed it
Issue is time, they have made the process too slow to make this ever growing process so no one wants to try

And who grabs the liable?
According to a great businessman of the 20th century, everyone has a price.
How to find people that can't be paid off to look the other way?
Watched this viral video a couple days ago, you may have seen it too, the concept of it was that as long as indians are selfish and put themselves first and not their country, India will always remain where it is. Ofcourse, this precedent should ideally be set by our leaders, but that's not the case.
Imo, few changes that could help save india realistically would be
-
digital transparency in government similar to south korea (I was amazed when I lived there and found out how simple almost everything was available online)
-
cleanup in our police and law enforcement.
-
transparency in political funding and taxes.

Yes, it has to start from standard 1 class though. Civics and anti corruption lessons. More rigorous once the 10th standard is reached.

Yes There is a possibility, here is how it can happen.
India goes to war with China and China wins. China takes over the country and applies all the rules and policies of China in India.
Boom in the next few Years, you will see corruption reducing, people are becoming civilised, the country is focusing on merit, people are afraid and everything that we dream of

Indian are very rich and impatient hence bribing will not stop :p
