Hi All, I am from CIS BU, got an exceptional rating still no communication regarding Hike or Promotion.

Very much disappointed in this company policies, always giving excuses about budget, then why hire people when you can’t give them proper growth.

Completely demotivated, don’t feel like working tommorow

Experienced folks here who have joined as lateral, please give suggestions on how to prepare for switch.

If yes, then this is the strategy, give them exceptional rating to motivate them but no hike for 1st year

Same here bro completely demotivated. Good ratings but no appraisal this year, if you go try talking to your N+1 and BU HR,they have so many things ready with them to back fire on you.
