Now the higher management wants people to move round projects to meet the profit margins. Once a project has been around for multiple years, too many people get promoted to c3a and c3b. This increases overall cost of operation.
It's good for associate as the older account has too many seniors and not enough opportunities.

I also heard this not sure but Managers will be made to move on to other assignments something out of their comfort zone after a certain duration. Nothing behind but TCS wants to use that experience to sustain new logo/portfolios.
