
Is there any risk on taking Sick Leaves while serving Notice Period.
I got 13 SL, 2 FL, 2 CL.
Manager is implying there’s risk involved if I take SL in my notice period.
I have scheduled a detailed discussion on this matter with manager.
Could anyone help me understand what’s the risk involved?

I think you can't take casual leaves but you take only sick leaves/ flexi no casual leaves.

As I am serving my notice period and reporting to RMG, they strictly told me you can't apply sick leave during the Notice period.

But I applied the sick leaves and got approved also

Sick leaves and flexi are allowed during notice period and that's mentioned in policy document too. Please refer hr policy documents in ultimatix it's clearly mentioned there. If sick leave more than two days you have to submit documents that's it.

Update: had a call with Manager. Got to know that billing is impacted if I take any leaves.
She told me to take WFH during this period and she will back me with Delivery Partner.
PS: somehow I know my billing - 60$ per hour. That comes to over ₹5 Lakhs considering only with pending SLs. I wish I had any grudges with them

You can take SL and FL. Don't worry

I am serving notice period and took 2 SL and it got approved so i guess you cant sick leaves.

Leaves are not allowed during notice period
