Is there any reason for not getting reply ???

I sent a resignation email on 2 months back but still I didn’t got any resignation acceptance mail , or any response from HR . I kept my manager in CC but when I asked to HR and My manager , there only response is let’s wait .

Is there any particular reason behind this delay ?

Just drop a mail on top of the mail you sent stating your last working day ,hopefully you get reply immediately when you mention your last working day
