Did you do any gcp certifications ? If yes and they still aren't giving you any project, this is a golden time for you. Grab as many certs and resign. You ll be valued more somewhere else than here.

Just grabbing certi wont make valuable, they more you express your certi the more depth they will go in interview, always tell minimum, Certi is to show to HR only

Yes i completed 2 certification in gcp in this april itself, but ig handson practical knowledge/experience is also important for Switching.
