It's just an bluff there are many who got atleast 2 without going office a single day

Really I went to office few days every month and some month 0 my project manager gave good feedback since I worked very hard in my project but they said HR reduced my rating to 4 and saying BTO not compliant. Now they are planning for BOTP for me just for BTO compliance what should I do.
