8moTrending @Accenture; Is there any option to request change of people lead?
My people lead is head over heels over some senior AM's and would not even notice work done by junior levels. I do have alot of appreciation from client side but since he is not in the team he is hardly aware of that, or maybe just ignorant. This is quite demotivating.

If you have completed 18 months with project then request for Roll-off

Client would not let me go, and they know that, asking for release is just going make them act even more crazy. Given the current market conditions I see alot of fake openings hence switching the company is also a big task these days
