Trending @HCL; Is there any option in HCL to buy out notice period?

I want to switch my job however It’s 3 months notice period in HCL. The offers that I get for immediate joiners. How can I handle this situation and move out without having to serve 3 months notice period.

It all depends on your dependency in the project your manager and hr. I would suggest talk to your manager first and plan accordingly
