Is there any option for the ppl with NO ODC.

Our project dm stated that we'll not have odc as our project doesn't support odc so we must work in training room for 10 hours . With mobl Hotspot and congestion we're unable to process.

He said that our project may wind up by 4-5 months but I don't think so

Can anyone suggest me some good solid ideas to make them suffer from our end?
