Is there any one sharing the same fate as me?
I sincerely dedicate myself at delivering work but am a bit slow in learning and implementation. Hence, I put extra hours and if needed I also sit on weekends for few hours. I believe that if some organisations is paying a salary to me for a specific position, I should be able to justify myself to receive the salary for that position. Also I have my own way of working unique to me which works for me and that helps me in maintaining work life balance as well. But my luck always reverses situations against me making me look like I am insincere. Sometimes, I am genuinely stuck in situations but even after clearly explaining the situation I am questioned. I am 8+ years experienced but I always have to struggle. Please suggest me some guidance.
In tcs no one listens, onsites will behave as if they are the clients and will shout at you for no reasons. If the team environment is not able to understand your skills and ways of working then you should change the team or company rather than worrying too much about yourself. Don't shape your thinking based on external validations.rather be your own validator and act accordingly.
