Trending @Accenture; Is there any news when they are going to start WFO?

For our project permament wfh approved. It’s totally depends on project not on Accenture.

It will not even be dependent on the project only.
It's dependent on the manager too. In my project, the manager pets, buckets, barrels will do wfh. Others are coming to the office.

Right now the financial situation is not so good so am not expecting any major changes in policy for the fear of attrition. Some projects may however require you if the client demands or due to security reasons.

They made it mandatory for my project but client VPN was getting blocked by Accenture’s firewall and our dumb IT team is unable to solve the issue.

Office is at a place where cellular network is too slow.

So I can permanently work from home.

Most of the office premises are decommissioned, so it is going to be hybrid approach only

Why you want to go office ... Whereas people are dying to get WFH!!

Lol in my project we have a 4 day mandatory WFO

My project too has permanent WFH

Already going 3 days a week.

We are going 3 days.
