Why do you ppl like to spread rumours and increase fear mongering among PPL. Even if any company wants to lay off their employees they will do it,they won't come and tell any special employee that we are doing so and so.

As of now,I haven't seen any lay off trend in Capgemini especially in the SAP domain.Dont fear. We are all working in the Private sector,layoff ki talwar gardan par latki hi rahti hai. TCS ne layoff start kar diye hain to market me kuch b ho sakta hai..

Don't think so. In fact they plan to hire a lot of folks in SAP.

@all kindly keep silence on this topic, they dont have any plans but making noice here then they will think about it
FYI: now they have plans to hire fresher so its good sign
