Is there any news of any action taken apart from QVA deduction for WFO index below 85% yet

As they have communicated only QVA deduction as per policy, are there other examples where they have taken some other action in case your quarterly WFO index goes below 85% ? I also know they might stop promotions due to this factor (Please only reply with actual cases and don't spread rumor).
