Trending @Cognizant; Is there any new eligibility criteria for promotions like coming to office and completing skillup courses and etc.?

Few of my friends were saying that… their HM are saying coming to office 3 days per week is showing as one of the eligibility criteria it seems.

They are lying. It's nowhere mentioned it will be impacting hike..they want people to be in office there's no other way. Their HM is bluffing.
