Trending @Accenture; Is there any minimum years to get first promotion at L11

U want to know how many years it takes to get promoted from l11 to l10 ?

I have 3.2 years exp in Accenture I have 10months still in how many months I can expect although I know it completely depends upon performance but there should some minimum years exp know for that I am asking.

Is there yearly hike at Accenture or just after getting level change??
