I got trained in bigdata in mysore and i was allocated to DNADGSP. But I have great interest in java and spring boot. Is there any possibilities to get Java projects in this unit?

DNA unit specific to BI technologies . Since you got trained on bigdata, you are allocated to DNA.
Only way is try to do some freelancing on java to imporve your coding!!

I informed them. But they told " once you got mapped We can't change ". Iam not interested towards BI . Iam good at coding and java spring boot. I don't know what to do. Could you please guide me
