That is the reality. The Securiy guard in our office gets paid 24k for 8 hours of exact duty. No pressure no timelines. The manager in my apartment to manage below 100 flats gets paid 30k tax free. My maid makes 4K per house . She has 8 houses in a day. So does my cook. So yes they all compete with infosys freshers !! Only difference infy freshers can double their salary jn 3 years while they cannot!!

Same my manger also told me that they have already raised this concern to hr..and in reply they got the answer that "no hike this year". Only a few promotions will entertain with a lower bracket. For next hike we need to wait till mid 2026 or late 2026
