Is there any high level meeting going on for TCS organizational Restructuring?

I am 200% sure that high level meetings are happening every week for the last 6 months..

Agenda: 1st it was planning
Then it was implementing

And now the agenda should be to suppress the chaos that they have unleashed & is out of control now..

Talented folks I know have either already been sitting on the interviews or have already put down papers .

Its alot of talk and incorrect actions tbh. They are playing with fire. Well all we can do is learn and survive the storm.

It keeps happening all the time. BFSI head hr is asking total 400+ names from all it's accounts.
