Is there any group for mid senior level folks(2+ yr) ?

It’s been more than 2 years since I started my journey as Software Engineer For freshers I have seen a lots of folks talking about. But nobody is talking about SDE 2. I know how things are there but when i am trying for job switch not finding good resources. I need some guidance specially because i want to switch my role from mobile engineering to backend or DE
