Trending @Accenture; Is there any favorism towards women in promotion and hikes?
I m a woman waiting for promotion literally from past 2 years. And I am the only women women in the team of 9 ppl. My manager literally cracks stereotypical jokes on women. And I am a pretty good performer in the team , get client appreciation, did certification and he literally pushed someone else name for promotion! So I disagree, in my 8 years of career nobody has been ever biased with me on basis of gender!
I can't tell the kind of incompetent women who have been promoted in name of diversity. I am a woman myself

No, Accenture wanted to increase the ratio of women compared to men, in order to be called as company with equal opportunities across genders, so they promoted many women in higher levels including MD, but they dont deserve the position
But only for women who are good at buttering up their managers.
100%. Two dumb women from my project got promoted for no reason. They literally are a burden on the project.
