Trending @Infosys; Is there any discrimination in H1B and Onsite assignment?
Today when I joined daily syncup call with onshore team, I realised 95% off onshore people (who went onsite on H1B visa) are from a specific region of India, is that a coincidence or there is something fishy here?
It's not a coincidence; it's favoritism. The system is biased, and certain regions get more opportunities. It’s an open secret.
I work in bengaluru, 90% of onshore associates are tamilians coz DM Managers his manager everyone is from chennai location. is it coincidence ?

Yes it’s correct. In our project also all onsite folks are from same region and their manager is also from same location.
