Nothing will change even if you get 5

Still you will get max 5% appraisal 😂😂 so just chill doesn't matter whether it's 4 or 5

Rare case depends on ur manager. And if u got 5 rating also max 1-2k difference that's it.

I had got 2 star ⭐ rating and PIP even after getting appreciation from client.

Only 100 people are getting 5 rating from 2 lakhs employee. I have received appreciation from CLIENT CEO n CIO, nothing has happened

I doubt it. Many people in the team get client appreciation sometime or the other. Check with your manager what he considers as 5 star.... that is what matters.
