Is there any buy out option available in Hexaware Technologies?

I am having 90 days notice but I am having an offer which needs me to join in 30-45 days. And I am working as a team lead at the moment with lots of responsibility but my team members are the same as my experience and don't need much guidance. And I don't want to continue with my current company. Does anyone know if the Buy out option is available in Hexaware or not?
