6moTrending @Accenture; Is there any bench policy in Accenture?
I have just joined back after Maternity. Currently i am on bench as my previous project have no requirement. i am getting calls but most of they dont need MAT return resources. Currently i am looking for projects but need to know how much time i have. Is there any bench policy or any specific policy for MAT return.

Yes in 45 days HR will come to you and pressure you to find a project. For mat returning mother's it's not that much of a pressure, if hr is a female, she'll try to get you a position. But you'll have to sacrifice a bit, you won't get your favoured job, they'll pressure you to take any.
