Trending @Capgemini; Is there any bench policy for new joiners,3 months only?
I was newly joined CG in APR last week, I have received the 5 calls but their expected more technologies (kubernet,AWS) i was rejected 2 client interviews then after no calls comming last month's onwards, y'day my manager called try to get project within 2 weeks otherwise search for outside also we can't help even though no calls internally please suggest me what to do now, is there any bench policy in CG
Yes u already got 5 calls among that u got rejected for 2 clients that is enough to push u outside . So please start searching outside
Thanks for ur reply, But before I joined It was confirmed to HR about this scenario she said not like that happened and I have other offers also that time and I never expected from CG like, outside and inside completely different compared to other MNC's.
