Yes there is A+ however hike percentage is defined by HR. I am SDM and I got mail from my Delivery Partner asking to nominate high performers which should total to max 15% of A raters at practice level and bands upto C3A can be nominated. Each SDM would send the nomination and then based on total number of associates under that DP few selected will get slightly higher percentage hike than others.
