Is there any appraisal amount after completion of one year ?

I have completed my first year in September. I heard that retention bonus will receive in the April salary but there is no additional appraisal amount would be paid which will increase my CTC. Can anyone help me to understand?

If you have completeed FA in September last year then you should be part of this appraisal cycle, hope your ratings are closed in system for Sep to March PE.

You should be getting band and hike in coming month
