Is there an anniversary bonus for the completion of the 1st year as a fresher?

I have joined tcs on November 24, I'll complete one year at tcs on November 25.

Can i expect any anniversary bonus on completion of one year.

Or what kind of extra amount i expect except Salary amount. (Either on Diwali or New year..etc)
